All animals survived, gained weight, and appeared normal from initiation to termination. No observable gross pathology findings were noted in any of the animas at the time of necropsy. Based upon the results of this study, the acute oral LD50 was estimated to be greater than 5000 mg/kg of body weight in male, female, and combined male and female rats.
